By partnering with multiple non-profit organizations that share the same mission, we are able to donate a portion of every purchase made on our website towards developing bee colonies and providing them with the best possible conditions.

- You can help support the bees worldwide by purchasing products from Bee Kind Shop. You can also check out our Bee Blog to educate yourself and learn more about pollinator health.
- How far does my contribution go?
- We donate 10% of all profits made from selling our bee-utiful products towards helping pollinators. Our partners use the funds to incorporate affordable, simple, science-based guidelines, like offering nutrition and habitats for bees, and integrated pest management strategies. The program helps ensure the future of both pollinators and sustainable agriculture as it expands across North America and around the globe.

- Which currency will I be charged in?
- We process all orders in USD. You will check out using USD at the most current exchange rate.
- How can I pay?

- What is your return policy?
- We offer a 30 day return policy on all products. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your item and we will be happy to help you :)

- What is your replacement policy?
- In case an item you ordered is defected, broken, or damaged, we will send a replacement product 100% free of charge. Please contact our customer service team to ask for a product replacement.
Shipping
- When will my order be processed?
- Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. Average USA shipping time is 3-5 business days. For international shipments, expect a 12-21 business day delivery time. - Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?
- Yes, all customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing their orders. Please check your spam folder before contacting us. In case you didn't get your email confirmation feel free to reach out to us using our Contact Us from.
- How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
- It usually takes 1-3 business days. You will receive a separate email with the tracking number that you can use on the Order Tracking page to track your package.
